The building is definitely not a “normal” building, and the guys have equipped themselves exceptionally well, and I have had some very good feedback from the teams. We had received some great comments regarding site Security/Access. This was very well received and complements the tight Security measures which have been recently introduced.

Could you pass on the thanks for the 50 young people and my site crew for the very swift response to our boiler issue on site. The kids got to go rafting and have showers afterwards.

Limburns are a non confrontational contractor that put their energy into adding value to projects. They worked tirelessly to deliver the projects to a set time frame and budget, their staff are very experienced bringing knowledge and expertise to the team. Even at difficult times during the projects Limburns continued to work with the team going over and above what was expected of them.

Working in an open book contract you can see where all the costs are – Limburns only charged for their actual costs and nominal prelims, overheads and profit. The PHE appointed Quantity Surveyor ratified all their costs and demonstrated that the projects delivered value for money.

I would not hesitate to work with Limburns again – overall they work hard, deliver and are value for money.

On another note can I applaud Pat and his commitment and determination to help us get the school up and running for today. He is amazing!
